Simple step by step Recipe for Rasmalai

This is a simple step by step Recipe for preparing rich Mithai Shop Style Rasmalai. Rasmalai is a sweet dish made from Milk and Rasgullas, which is a delicacy from Bengal. Normally served as a Dessert or even as a snack.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
1 liter Buffalo Milk
1 ½ Cup Sugar
5-6 Almonds (Soak, remove the skin and Cut in small pieces)
5-6 Cashew Nuts (cut in small pieces)
5-6 Pistachio nuts (cut in small pieces)
2-3 Green Cardamoms powder
4-5 Sticks Saffron
5 Rasgullas (cut in 4 pieces)

Preparation
First boil the Milk for 15 minutes, then add the Sugar and boil for 10 minutes on a slow sim.
Then add the Almonds, Cashew nuts, Pistachio nuts, Saffron and Cardamoms powder and mix it nicely.
After that add Rasgullas.
Remove from fire and let it cool.
After it cools keep it in the Refrigerator
Serve after a meal
