Step by step Recipe for Pancakes

This is a step by step Recipe for Pancakes. You can easily make Pancakes at home by following the simple and easy steps given in this recipe. This is a great snack which can be served anytime of the day.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

3 Cups Whole Wheal Atta [Flour]
1 Cup Milk
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
Salt to taste
1 ½ Cup Water
Ghee for frying the pancake

Take the Wheat Atta and add the Sugar, Salt, Milk and water and mix it nicely.
Then beat the egg with an egg beater for 2- 3 minutes and mix it in the Wheat Atta mixture.
Heat the frying pan and put 1 tea spoon Ghee and spread it all over the frying pan.
Then take the mixture in 1 big serving spoon and put it on the frying pan and spread it.
Then add 1 tea spoon Ghee from the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes on a slow sim.
Then turn it over and add 1 tea spoon Ghee and cook for 2-3 minutes on a slow sim.
Serve hot.
