Recipe for Apple Pickle

This is a unique recipe for preparing tasty and delicious Apple Pickle, called Seb Ka Achar in Hindi and Safarchand Che Lonche in Marathi. Does not take much time or effort. A nice add on to the main course.

1 kg Apples
500 gram Onions
1 liter White Vinegar
1 table spoon Salt
15 gram Whole Pepper
A few Chilies

First of all peel and cut the apples and onions into medium sized pieces and put them into a jar along with the chilies.
Then boil the vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over the ingredients. in the jar.
When cool close the jar tightly.
Store inside the room, can be served after a week or so
