Simple Recipe for Patwadi

This is a Recipe for preparing authentic Maharashtrian Patwadi. This is a traditional Maharashtrian Gram Flour dish which is very popular and has a unique flavor. The recipe is simple and uncomplicated.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
2 Cup Besan [gram flour]
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
¼ Cup Coriander
¼ Cup Coconut (Shredded)
Salt to taste

For Tadka
1 ½ Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Rai
½ Tea spoon Hing

Preparation
First take the Besan, Salt Turmeric and 4 cups of water and mix all of them nicely and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add Rai and Hing then add the prepared mixture & cook on a slow sim till it becomes dry.
After that put Oil on one big plate and spread the mixture on that plate and press it.
Then decorate with Coriander and Shredded Coconut and serve.
