This is a recipe for Lemon Cake. This cake has a nice and unique flavor and taste.
Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 5-6 Persons
6 Table spoon Butter or Ghee
7 Table spoon grounded Sugar
8 Table spoon Maida
1 Tea spoon Baking powder
1 Table spoon Lemon juice
Shredded lemon skin
2 Table spoon Milk
First filter the Maida & Baking powder 3 times and keep aside.
Then beat the eggs for 4-5 minutes and keep aside.
Then take lemon juice & the shredded lemon skin and keep aside.
After that take the Butter or Ghee and the grounded Sugar and stir and mix it well for 10-12 minutes.
Then add the beaten Eggs mixture and mix for 5 minutes.
Then add the Maida, lemon juice, Lemon Essence and Milk and mix nice and make a fine paste. (The cake batter should be of a thin ribbon consistency i.e. the batter should fall of from a height in a ribbon shape.)
Than pour the cake batter in the greased microwave safe cake dish.
Before that pre heat the microwave.
Than bake the cake for 35 minutes on convection mode.
