This is a easy and simple Recipe for preparing Aloo [potato] Tikki. This is a multipurpose dish, which is popular all over India. It can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or during meals along with the main course.

Serves: 10 Nos
4 Medium size Potatoes (boiled)
4 slices Bread (grind in mixer)
1 Green Chili (paste)
½ Tea spoon Jeera powder
½ Lemon juice
1 Table spoon Coriander (cut in small size)
1 Carrot (shredded)
Salt to taste
First peal the boiled Potatoes skin and smash them , and then add the Bread crumbs, Green Chili, Jeera powder, Lemon juice, Coriander, Carrot and Salt.
After that mix it nicely and make small round balls.
Heat the oil in the frying pan and deep fry the Aloo Tikkis.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
