This is a recipe for Chicken and Egg Sausage, not hard to prepare, makes a tasty dish.
Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
100 grams cooked chicken
3 hard boiled eggs
I tee spoon of onion copped very finely
Salt and pepper as per taste
Mayonnaise for binding
A few crushed cornflakes – ¼ cup
Shell and grate the hard boiled eggs on the thin side of a grater.
Then make a smooth paste of the cooked chicken and add all the above ingredients except the cornflakes to this paste.
Prepare the paste into cocktail sized sausages ad then roll the sausages into the crushed cornflakes.
Serve on toothpicks.
