Recipe for Kasuri Methi Chicken

This is a recipe for Kasuri Methi Chicken, this has a unique taste and is delicious and mouth watering.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

500 gram Chicken [cut in medium size pieces)
1 ½ cup oil
2 Big Onion (Cut medium size)
3 big sizes Tomato (Boil & make puree)
2 tea spoon tandoori Chicken masala
2 tea spoon kasuri methi
2 tea spoon Red chill powder
1 tea spoon Haldi [Turmeric]
2 lemons
6 Almond [paste]
1 table spoon fresh butter
2 tea spoon salt

For marinate
1 ½ clove garlic
1 big piece ginger
2 cup coriander
1 tea spoon methi seeds
2 green chili
1 tea spoon salt (Combine and Grind the above to a paste)

Wash the chicken and add the marinate and mix well, the add 1 tea spoon red chili powder, ½ tea spoon turmeric, lemon juice ,1 tea spoon tandoori chicken masala, 1 tea spoon kasuri methi, 1 tea spoon salt and marinate for 3 hours.

Heat the 1 ¼ cup oil in the frying pan take out the pieces from the marinate and deep fry the chicken pieces till the color changes and becomes light brown.

After frying the chicken filter the extra oil from the frying pan. Take another pan heat ¼ cup oil add the onion & fry till colour change in pink put the balance masala from marinade fry for 5 minutes add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes after that add 2 cup water, 1 tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon chili, turmeric, tandoori chicken masala, kasuri methi, almond paste, butter & cook for 5 minutes add chicken pieces and stir for 15-20 minutes on small flame.
