This is a Recipe for making at home tasty and delicious Coconut-Masala Stuffed Hard-Boiled Eggs or Nariyal Masala Bharwan Ande. This is a stuffed-eggs preparation having a thick gravy, which can be served with Puri, Rotis and Fried Rice.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves 3-4 Persons
1 Big size Onion
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Tablespoon Butter
Salt as per taste
Chop the Onion, Soak the Coconut into ¼ cup Water.
Hard-boil the Eggs and then Shell and slit into half.
Remove the Egg Yokes and mash together with the curry powder and Garam Masala, Coconut, Salt, a tablespoon Butter and prepare a mixture.
Stuff the Eggs Whites with the mixture and press slightly with your hand.
Heat the remaining Butter in a Kadai and add the Onion, mix it well and saute for 2 minutes on a slow flame or until the color changes into brown.
Then add a cup of hot Water and the stuffed Eggs.
Bring to a boil and then simmer till liquid has evaporated.
The Nariyal Masala Bharwan Ande is ready for serving.
