This is a simple and easy to understand Recipe for preparing at home tasty, nutritious and healthy Tomato Sharbat. This Sharbat can be prepared without much time or effort.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
5 Big size Tomatoes
4 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt and Sugar as per taste
Wash the Tomatoes and cut them into small size pieces then blend in a mixer. Then pour the blended pulp into a strainer filter it.
Mix the Water, Sugar and Salt and then keep in the refrigerator for chilling.
Serve the Tomato Sharbat chillled.
