In this article, I have described the method of preparing at home a delicious Paratha using Wheat and Gram Flour along with Coriander leaves as the main ingredients.
This Coriander Paratha, which is known in the Hindi language as Kothimbir or Dhania Patte Ka Paratha is a tasty breakfast dish, which can be used for packed meals in Tiffin Boxes.
The recipe has been kept as simple and easy as possible for the benefit of new homemakers.

Ingredients
2 cups Wheat Flour [Gehu Ka Atta]
¼ Cup Gram Flour [ Besan]
1 tablespoon Green Chili and Ginger Garlic Paste[ Hari Mirch – Adrak Paste]
1 cup chopped Coriander Leaves[ Dhaniya Patte]
Salt as per taste and requirement
½ cup Butter Milk[Chaas]
Cooking Oil for frying the Paratha
Pure Ghee or Butter if needed to apply on the Parathas

Preparation
Mix the Wheat Flour, Gram Flour, Green Chili and Ginger Garlic Paste, Coriander leaves and salt as per your taste and pour the Butter Milk and some Water to prepare slightly thick Dough.
Prepare equal sized balls from the Dough and roll into round shaped Parathas.
Heat a frying pan and fry the Parathas on both the sides by adding Oil as needed.
Remove from fire and apply Pure Ghee or Butter on the prepared Parathas if it suits your taste.
Serve hot with Chutney , Tomato Sauce or Pickle.
