This is Recipe for preparing Lassi Shop Style Special Lassi; with the flavor of Vanilla Essence and Cardamoms and the fizz of Soda.
Ingredients
2 Cup Curd
1 ½ Cup Ice (cubs)
2 Table spoon Sugar
2-3 Drops Vanilla Essence
1 Pinch Cardamom powder
1 Small Bottle Club Soda
Preparation
Mix all the Ingredients except club soda and blend in a the mixer for 1-2 minutes. And then mix club soda and serve immediately.
