Recipe for Fresh Coriander Pulao

This is a step by step recipe for preparing Fresh Coriander Pulao. This rice preparation called Dhaniya Pulao in Hindi and Kothimbir Bhat in Marathi is a main course dish mostly found in traditional Indian cuisine.

Ingredients
400 Grams Rice
2 Pieces Cinnamon
3 Black Cardamoms
3 Cloves
3 Pepper Corns
1 Bunch fresh Coriander
60 Grams Vanaspati
Salt to taste
400 ML Water

Preparation
Clean and wash Rice.
Then finely chop Coriander and wash.
Heat the vanaspati with cloves, Cinnamon, black Cardamoms and Pepper Corns and add the finely chopped Coriander and washed Rice with Salt.
Fry for 2 minutes. Add water and close the lid. Place the container on maximum heat. After gaining the full cooking pressure, reduce to medium heat and cook for 3 minutes.
