Recipe for Banana Kebabs

This is a Recipe for preparing Banana Kebabs. A Vegetarian Kabeb called Kele Ke Kebab in Hindi and Kelyache Kebab in Marathi that goes nicely with the main course.

Ingredients
Bananas boiled and mashed
2 Large 2 Green Onion shopped fine
1 Egg beaten or 2 Potatoes boiled and mashed
1 Table spoon gram flour
2 Green Chilies chopped fine
1 Tea spoon Ginger Garlic paste
1 Tea spoon Coriander leaves chopped fine
½ Tea spoon Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil frying

Preparation
Mix together mashed bananas, potatoes, gram flour, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, chili powder and salt. If using egg instead of potatoes add the beaten egg and mix well. Shape the mixture into round flat cutlets. Heat Oil and deep fry the kebabs on both sides till brown.
