Parsi Style Beans Machli Ka Anda Recipe

This is a Recipe for Parsi Bean and Cod Roe preparation, this is an authentic Parsi seafood recipe, prepared using the Roe of the Codfish, called in the Hindi language as the Gobro fish ka Anda. If you wish, you can replace the Cod Eggs with Surmai [King Fish] Eggs.
This Machli Ka Anda dish tastes great with rice, roti or even bread.

Ingredients
Two Onions [sliced]
3 Tablespoon Oil for cooking
½ Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic-Chili Paste
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
¼ Teaspoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Coriander-Jeera Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves [chopped]
200 Grams Coconut Milk
350 Grams Frozen Beans
200 Milliliter Tamarind water [Imli ka Pani]
2 Teaspoon Sugar [mixed and dissolved in Tamarind Water]
250 Grams Fresh Cod Roe

Preparation
Heat two tablespoons of Oil in a Utensil and add the Sliced Onions and fry them slightly [do not brown them].
Add the Ginger-Garlic-Chili paste, stir, and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Then add the Turmeric, Cumin, Dhania-Jeera Powder, Coriander Leaves and Salt as per taste and fry for 2-3 minutes and then add the Coconut Milk.
Then add the Beans and after they start boiling add the Tamarind and Sugar Water.
Fry the Cod Roe in another frying pan with the remaining Oil and when it is browned add it to Beans preparation when the water starts evaporating.
Remove from the fire when the Oil starts coming to the top.
