Simple Recipe for Mango Fudge Burfi

This is a simple to follow Recipe for making at home sweet, delicious and tasty Mango Fudge-Burfi. This is special Amba Fudge for the Mango season, when fresh mangoes can be used, otherwise it is ok to use canned mango pulp.

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
Two Cups Coconut (grated)
One Cup Milk
One Cup Mango Pulp
One Cup Whole Dried Milk [Mawa or Khoya]
One Cup Sugar
Dry Fruits for garnishing

Preparation
In a kadai add the grated Coconut, Milk and cook for five minutes. After that add the Sugar and cook for seven-ten minutes.
Then add the Mango Pulp and Whole Dried Milk and cook until the mixture become a little thick.
Apply the Ghee over a stainless steel plate and pour the mixture over the plate, garnish with dry fruits and cut the Mango Fudge in to diamond or any other shapes as per your fancy.
Keep the plate for cooling in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Serve cool.
