Zatpat Jeera Butter Dahi Vada

This is a simple to understand Recipe for preparing at home tasty and delicious Zatpat Dahi Vada. Zatpat means quick in Hindi or Marathi and as the name itself suggests this version of the Dahi Vada takes hardly any time or effort to prepare.
To prepare this Dahi Vada, I have used the Jeera Butter instead of the usual deep-fried Vadas prepared from Urad and Moong Dal. Jeera Butter is a famous bakery product, which is popular all over India.

Preparation time-15 minutes
Servers-3 to 4 persons

10 Jeera Butter
½ Liter Curd (Dahi)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
! Teaspoon Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder (Dhaniya-Jeera Powder)
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Miri Powder)
Sugar and Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Sev
2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Soak the Butter for 5-7 minutes in Water, then remove Water from the Butter and keep them aside.
Add the Sugar and Salt to the Curd and mix it well.
In a Bowl keep 4 Jeera Butter, pour the Curd over the Butter, and garnish with the Red Chili Powder, Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Leaves and Sev.
