Recipe for Nutritious Ragi-Oats Ladoo

This is a simple and easy to understand Recipe for preparing at home healthy and nutritious Nachani Oats Ladoo. These Ladoos are prepared using Nachni Flour [Ragi Atta] or Finger Millets Flour as it is known in English, Wheat Flour [Gehun Ka Atta] and Oats [Jaei] as the main ingredients.

Nutritious Ragi-Oats Ladoo Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 15 Nos

1 Cup Nachni Flour
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Oats
1 ¼ Cup Sugar (grounded)
1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
¼ Cup Cashew Nuts-Almonds Pieces
¾ Cup Ghee
2 Tablespoon Vanaspati Ghee

Heat a tablespoon Vanaspati Ghee in a kadai and add the Nachani Flour, roast it for five minutes on a slow flame and then keep it aside
Heat a tablespoon Vanaspati Ghee in a Kadai and add the Wheat Flour, roast it until color changes in to light brown.
Roast the Oats for 2-3 minutes and slightly grind it.
Mixed the Nachani Flour, Wheat Flour, Oats, grounded Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Cashew Nuts-Almonds pieces.
Take a fistful portion of the mixture and add some Ghee and mix it well then prepare a Ladoo.
After preparing, the Ladoos store them in a Container.
