Simple Poached Eggs Recipe

The recipe for Poached Eggs given in this article is a most simple one using only the basic ingredients. This Poached Anda preparation is specially prescribed for those who do not like extra spicy food for breakfast; it is also suitable for sick and ailing people on a restricted diet.

Two Eggs
A few drops of Vinegar
Salt as per requirement
Pepper as per taste
Water in sufficient quantity so that the Eggs are not covered

Heat the water in a frying pan, the water should not exceed an Inch in depth.
Then add a pinch of Salt and a few drops of the Vinegar to the water and very gently break the Eggs in the water.
Then put the frying pan on the fire and heat it until the water starts boiling.
Then remove the Eggs and add Salt and Pepper as per taste.
Serve immediately with Bread or Toast.
