Recipe to Prepare Pista Sharbat

In this article, I have described a step-by-step recipe to prepare Fruit Juice Stall Style tasty Pista Sharbat at home. This Pista Sharbat is rich in taste and is suitable for any kind of party.
The quantity of the ingredients can be proportionately increased or decreased as per the requirement.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 6 Glasses

100 Grams Pista [Pistachio Nuts]
One teaspoon Small Broken Pieces of Pista
12 Green Ealichi [Green Cardamoms]
10 teaspoon Sugar
5-6 Spoons of Fresh and Cold Cream
Five Glasses Fresh Chilled Water
A pinch of Kesar [Saffron]

Keep the Pista and Ealichi soaked in water for about 3-4 hours. Soak the Kesar in a little amount of water.
Then skin the Pista.
Then put the skinned Pista and Ealichi in one glass of water and blend in a mixer for a couple of minutes.
Then filter the mixture through a fine strainer to separate the pulp.
Once again, grind the filtered pulp through a mixer.
Then mix the Pista-Elaichi pulp, soaked Kesar, Sugar according to taste and the remaining water and blend in the mixer. For 4-5 minutes.
While serving put crushed ice at the bottom of a glass and then pour the Pista Sarbat and decorate with the broken Pista Pieces and Cream.
