Simple Recipe for Cocktail Chicken Sausages

This is a simple recipe to prepare Cocktail Chicken Sausages, using this easy and time saver recipe. These Cocktail Chicken Sausages make a tasty Starters item for any kind of party, including Kitty parties. You can proudly serve them on toothpicks.

Cocktail Chicken Sausages Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

100 grams of boiled and cooked boneless chicken
Three boiled Eggs
Mayonnaise Sauce or Brown Butter
1 teaspoon of finely chopped Onion
One tablespoon crushed cornflakes
Salt and Pepper according to your liking

Grind the cooked Chicken to prepare a fine paste.
Grate the boiled Eggs very finely.
Then mix the Chicken paste, Grated Eggs, and the Mayonnaise Sauce or Brown Butter, which is primarily for binding the Sausages.
Roll the mixture with your hands to prepare Cocktail Sized Sausages.
Roll the Sausages in the crushed Cornflakes.
tHE Cocktail Chicken Sausages are ready for Serving.
