Most Simple Cheese Sauce Recipe

Today I will explain a most simple recipe for preparing tasty and delicious Cheese Sauce at home. This Cheese Sauce is an extremely useful and handy food item, which can be added to any Macaroni dish, Toast Preparation or Sandwiches to enhance the taste and flavor of these food items.

The recipe is extremely easy and simple and most suitable for the new homemaker.

25 Grams Fresh White Butter
About 2 ½ Cups of Fresh Milk
4 tablespoons Maida [refined flour]
About 100-125 Grams Shredded Cheese
A pinch of Mohari Powder [Mustard Powder]
Salt and Pepper as per taste

Melt the Butter in a thick-bottomed cooking utensil, add the Maida to it, and stir for a couple of minutes.
Add the Milk and keep stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed. Cook on a slow flame until you get a paste of even consistency.
Remove the utensil from the flame and add the Shredded Cheese, Mustard Powder, salt and Pepper Powder and mix nicely.
The Cheese Sauces is ready for use.

Tip – The ingredients can be increased or decreased in proportion to the quantity of Cheese Sauce you need.
The quantity of Cheese can be increased if you like Cheese.
