This is a simple and easy to follow Recipe for preparing the famous Kashmiri Mutton Kebabs at home, can even be served for cocktail and kitty parties.
This is a very tasty and mouthwatering speciality Kebab preparation, which is prepared in the authentic and traditional Kashmiri Style of Cooking.

1 Kg Mutton
2 Onions
4 Green Chilies (cut in big pieces)
1 ½ Size Ginger
1 Egg
1 ½ Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds (roasted)
Oil for frying the Kebabs
Salt, Pepper as per taste

Remove all bones from Meat; trim off fat and cubs into 1” pieces. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Grind the Meat, Onion, Green Chilies, Ginger, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Seeds, Salt and Pepper.
Remove from the mixer and then add Egg then mix it well.
Shape Kebabs into oblong pieces, like seekh kebab.
Boil 2 glasses of Water in a shallow pan, while Water is boiling, add Kebabs. Simmer until entire Water evaporates.
Deep fry Kebabs in a shallow pan until light brown.
Serve hot with sliced Onions, Lemon twists and mint leaves.
