Egg Canape for Cocktail Parties

This is a Recipe for Egg Canape a special uncommon snack for cocktail parties.

2 Eggs
¼ Tea spoon Chili Sauce
1 Tomato Sliced
A little Butter
1 Bread Loaf (sliced and cut into rounds
Salt and Pepper as per taste

Hard-boil the Eggs. Shell and slice them. Butter the Bread rounds and spread some Chili Sauce over each. Place an Egg slice in the centre and sprinkle some Salt and Pepper over it. Cut the Tomato slice into two semi-circles. Place one semi-circle over the Egg slice. So that only one-half, of it is covered.
