This is a Recipe for Chicken Palak Gravy or Spinach flavored Chicken, a spicy chicken dish for spinach lovers.
½ Kg Chicken
2 Bunches of Spinach
3 Good size Onion
2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste (crushed)
3 Tomatoes (boil and remove skin)
½ Teacup Oil
1 ½ Tea spoon Chili Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Lemon (juice)
In a Vessel heat the Oil and fry the Garlic and Ginger Paste. Add the Brista, Tomato and fry for five minutes on a slow flame.
Add the Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder fry until Oil separates (This is the basic Tomato Masala). Add the Chicken and fry for two-three minutes. Then add two cups Water and cover the Vessel with a plate and cook over on a slow flame.
Boil the Spinach and blend it. Add blended the Spinach fry over on a slow flame until the Oil separates.
Before serving, mix the lime Juice.
