This is a Recipe for Chocolate Halwa, a delicious dessert preparation for parties.
10 Bread Slices
1 Cup Khoya [whole dried milk]
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoon Coco Powder
½ Teaspoon Vanila Essence
¼-Cup Cashew nut pieces
Remove the sides from the Bread and cut in to small pieces.
Add the Milk, Sugar, Coco Powder and boil for 10 minutes on a slow flame. Add Bread pieces and boil again for about ten minutes on a slow flame. Then mash the Bread pieces to a pulp and cook until the Milk is absorbed.
Mix the Khoya, Cashew nuts pieces and Vanilla Essence thoroughly and cook until Halwa leaves the sides of the Vessel.
Spread out the Halwa evenly on a serving plate. Garnish with Silver foil.
