Recipe for Pineapple Malpua

This is a simple to follow Recipe for preparing at home Ananas or Pineapple Malpua. The Ananas Ka Malpua is a sweet and delicious Pineapple flavored Mithai.

The recipe described in this article is another one of the uncommon Malpua variations experimented by me.

Pineapple Malpua Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 5 Persons

Ingredients
For the Batter
1 Cup Refined flour (Maida)
½ Cup Suji
½ Cup Pineapple pieces (choped)
1 Tea spoon Sugar
1 Table spoon Milk
Pinch of Salt and Baking Soda

For Sugar Syrup
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Water
1 Tea spoon Cardamom powder
2-3 Saffron Sticks

For Garnishing
1 Tea spoon Sugar Powder
1 Table soon Dry fruit (crushed)
Ghee for frying of Malpua

Sweet Delicious Pineapple Malpua

Preparation
In a Vessel add the Water,  Sugar, Cardamom powder, Saffron  and boil for 5-7 minutes on a slow flame. The Sugar Syrup has to be slight sticky.

Mix thoroughly the Refined flour, Suji, Pineapple pieces, Sugar, Salt and Milk and to prepare a batter.

After this follow the same procedure given in the –  Mango Malpua Recipe.

Garnish with Dry fruits and sprinkle the Sugar powder.
