Recipe for Easy Chicken Kebabs

This is a Recipe for Easy Chicken kebabs. This recipe tells you how to prepare this popular dish at home easily.

4 Medium size Potatoes
2 Bread slices (crumb)
1 table spoon Ginger-Garlic and Chili paste
1 Egg (beaten)
2 Table spoon Coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
2 Big size Chicken pieces (boneless)
1 Table spoon Soya Sauce
4 Big Toasts [powdered]
Oil for frying.

Wash Chicken pieces and then add Soya sauce and some Water and cook for 5-7 minutes on a slow sim. After that cut the Chicken pieces in to thin vertical stripes.
Boil the Potatoes and peal and mash them. Then add Ginger, Garlic, Chili paste, Salt, Coriander, and Chicken pieces, and Bread crumb and then prepare Dough by mixing all of them together. Prepare small balls of the Dough and press them in the middle.
After that dip them, one by one in the beaten Egg and then roll in the Toast powder. And then shallow fry
