This is a Recipe for preparing at home Restaurant Style Jhinga Pasta [Pasta with Prawns and Mushrooms]. A tasty main course Prawns dish combining the taste of pasta with prawns.
250 Grams Pasta (cooked)
250 Grams bid size Prawns
125 Grams Mushrooms sliced
75 Grams cottage Cheese
150 Millilitres thin Cream
25 Gram Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
25 Grams nuts toasted
2 Table spoon grated processed Cheese
Heat Butter in a frying pan and add Mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes then add Prawns and stir well.
After that add Cottage Cheese and stir for 2 minutes
Then add Cream, Salt and Pepper. Simmer on very low fire. Drain the Pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with nuts and freshly grated Cheese.
