Recipe for Oats Idli

This is a Recipe for preparing Oats Idli. An idli preparation making the use of the healthy and nourishing Oats. A great snack for breakfast or even the main course.

1 Cup Oats
½ Cup Rawa (Suji)
½ Cup Curd
Salt to taste
A Pinch of eating Soda

First of all grind Oats and then add Rawa, Curd, Salt and Soda and mix it well.
If required add some Water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
After that prepare Idli.
Serve with Mint Chutney.
