Recipe for Cinnamon [ Dalchini ] Chicken

This is a Recipe for Cinnamon [Dalchini[ Chicken. Chickenwith the unique flavor of Cinnamon;tastes great; an authentic Indian party dish.

8 Chicken Leg pieces
¼ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Salt
¼ Tea spoon Dalchini powder
¼ Tea spoon Cloves powder
1 Medium size Onion (Shredded)
4-6 Garlic Petals
2 Table spoon Oil
¾ Cup Orange Juice
2 Table spoon Raisin
2 Table spoon Cashew nut paste

Heat the Oil in a Frying Pan. Then add Garlic and fry for 2 minutes then add Onion and fry 2 minutes.
Then add Chicken, Salt, Dalchini, Clove powder, Orange Juice, Red Chili powder, Raisin then mixed well and cook for 30 minutes on a slow sim.
After that add Cashew nut paste, mix it well. The Chicken is ready.
Serve with Bread, Paratha or Rice.
