Recipe for Garlic Chicken Kheema

This is a Recipe for Garlic Chicken Kheema. Lasuni Kheema as it is known in Indiais an extremely tasty and popular Kheema recipe.

Garlic Chicken Kheema Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

½ Kg Chicken Keema
4 Tea spoon Garlic pieces
2 Tea spoon Ginger pieces
4 Tea spoon Green Chili pieces
2 Cup Onion (Chopped) Kheema
1 Tea spoon Salt
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
2 Cup Fenugreek (Methi) (chopped)
½ Lemon juice
1 Tea spoon red Chili powder
1 Tea spoon Coriander seeds powder
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
2 Cup hot Water
½ Cup Oil

Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and then add Ginger, Garlic, Chili, Onion, Methi, Kheema, Turmeric, Salt, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala and water and mix it well after that cook on slow sim.
Serve with Paratha or Bread
