This is a great recipe for Kheema and Eggs [ Keema aur Anday Ka Sukha Salan]. This Kheema recipe is not very difficult to prepare; tastes delicious and has an authentic Indian flavor.
5 to 6 eggs
2 onions [chopped] 3 cloves garlic [paste] Small piece of ginger [paste] 1 tomato [puree] 1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Ghee
Salt as required
Heat the ghee in a frying pan and fry the onions till golden brown. Add the ginger – garlic paste and fry.
Add the Kheema and the masalas and cook till the water evaporates. Add the tomato puree and cook till the Kheema is tender.
Then break open the eggs on the top, side by side and put in the microwave and cook till the eggs are done.
