Recipe for Masala Puri

This is a recipe for Masala Puri. This is typical Maharashtrian specialty dish.

2 Cup Wheat Floor
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
1 ½ Tea spoon Ginger, Garlic paste
1 Table spoon Coriander
2 Green Chilies (paste)
Salt to taste
1 Table spoon hot Oil

Mix all above ingredients. And then make thick dough and keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
The make small round ball and roll them to make round Puris.
Deep fry them till color changes into golden yellow.
Serve hot with Pickle.
