Recipe for Apricot Lemon Cup

This is a recipe for preparing at home Fruit Juice Stall Style Apricot [ Khubani or Jardalu] Lemon Cup. A simple and easy to prepare Beverage recipe’

½ Kg Apricot
1 Cup Sugar
3 Cups water
2 Table spoon Lemon Juice
A few Mint leaves

Stone the Apricot and combine with Sugar and water, Let it come to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, after it cools, pass mixture through a blender. Sieve and add lemon Juice. Chill well, Serve garnished with Pineapple slices and mint leaves in frosted glass.
