Simple Recipe for Boti Kabab

This is a Simple Recipe for Boti Kabab, which is a Mutton Starters recipe that is  most popular all over India, you will find this Meat  Kebab preparation in restaurants and also roadside eateries in most Indian towns. Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

½ Kg Mutton pieces
2 Small Onion finely ground
2 Tea spoon grounded Garlic Ginger
1 Table spoon Vinegar,
1 Table spoon Soya sauce
1 Table spoon Tomato sauce
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon each Salt, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala and Black Pepper.

Wash & clean Mutton Boti pieces, Mix all the masala. Marinate with Mutton Pieces, Heat Oil, Cook pieces till the liquid has dried,
Pat a little Oil on Mutton Pieces and grill in a hot oven till light golden in color, Serve hot.
