This is a step by step Recipe for preparing restaurant style Green Peas Patties or Hare Matar Ki Tikki/Kabab at home. Goes well with the main course or as a starters dish in most parties.
½ Kg Green Peas
2 Table spoon Ginger leaves
1 Tea spoon Lemon Juice
2 Tea spoon Besan Atta [Gram flour]
Garlic, Green Chilies, Salt as required according to taste
1 ½ Cup Biscuit powder
Oil or Ghee to fry
Shell the Peas put water, Salt and boil it, grind it with Coriander leaves, Chilies and Garlic.
Put in the grounded masala, besan and lime Juice and then shape in to cutlets roll it in biscuit powder and dip in Egg and deep fry in Oil
Serve with Tomato Ketchup
