This is another one of my simple Recipes for preparing delicious Fried Pomfret [Indian style] at home. This Paplet Fry recipe is for frying slices of the larger varsity of the Pomfret, after marinating the Pomfret with special Fish Masala [Spices] to give it a spicy flavor.
Preparation Time: 45 Minues
Serves: 4 Persons
10-12 Slices of Big size Pomfret Fish
Salt to taste
2 table spoon Vinegar
1 ½ Tea spoon Turmeric
2 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
Coconut Oil for frying
First wash the slices and apply the Salt and Turmeric, Red Chili powder, Vinegar and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then apply Rice Flour on it by rolling the Fish in the Rice Flour.
Then heat the frying pan and shallow fry the Fish pieces.
