Recipe for Vegetable Kebab

This Recipe is for preparing at home restaurant style Sabzi Kabab – Cutlets or Vegetable Kebab. This Kebab goes well the main course or even as a party or coctail snack.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 12-14 Nos

Ingredients
4 Potatoes (boiled)
1 Bunch of Spinach (Cut & boiled)
1 Beet root (boiled & shredded)
1 Big spoon Besan [Gram flour]
1 Big spoon Coriander
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
1 Cup Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

For filling
4 Big Spoon Curd (drain the excess water & make thick)
1 Big Spoon Kismis [Raisin]
1 Big spoon Almond (cut in small pieces)
1 Big spoon Green Chili paste
1 Big spoon Ginger (shredded)
Salt to taste
2 Table spoon Cornflower

Preparation
In a bowl take boiled Potatoes, Beet Root, Besan, Coriander, red Chili powder, Garam Masala and Salt and prepare the Dough and keep aside after 10-15 minutes make small size balls.

Preparation for filling
First take Curd and add Kismis Almond, green Chili, Ginger, and Salt and mix it nicely.
Then make the paste of Cornflower.

Put the Curd mixture in every ball (i.e. cover the it nicely with above ingredients)
Heat the oil in the frying pan, and dip the balls one by one into the Cornflour paste and then cover the balls with the bread crumbs & fry till the color changes to pink and serve with tomato sauce or chutney
