This is a Recipe for preparing at home Restaurant Style Shahi Kofta Curry. This rich, spicy and delicious Kofta Gravy is a main course dish, suitable for any kind of party.

Serves: 4-5 Persons
½ Kg Potatoes (boiled and pealed)
3 Tea spoon Cornflower
1 Table spoon Flour
100 gram Khoya [whole dried milk] 100 gram Paneer
2 Table spoon Cashew nut pieces
1 Table spoon Kishmish
Salt to taste
For Gravy Masala
½ Kg Onion
½ Cup Coconut
3 Big size Tomatoes
1 Table spoon Ginger-Garlic paste
2 Tea spoon Garam Masala powder
1 Tea spoon Coriander seeds
2 Tea spoon Red chili powder
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
1 cup curd
2 Table spoon Cashew nuts and Almonds paste
½ Cup fresh Cream
½ Cup Coriander
Salt to taste
First Boil the Potatoes and peal and then shred them.
Then take the Paneer and Khoya and shred it and add Potatoes, Salt, Pieces of Cashew nuts and Kishmish, Cornflower and Flour. Then mix it nicely and prepare small sized round balls and deep fry them till color change into the Pink.
Take ½ Kg Onion (remove skin) and give 1 whistle in pressure cooker and then when it gets cold grind it.
Then Boil the Tomatoes and then make Tomato puree.
Take Coconut, Red chili powder, Coriander seeds, Ginger-Garlic paste and grind them.
Heat the oil in the frying pan and add grounded Onion, coconut mixture and fry till color change in to the Pink.
Then add Turmeric, Curd, Garam Masala, 2 cups water and cook for 10 minutes on slow sim.
After that add Fresh cream, Cashew nuts and Almonds paste, fresh Cream and Koftas and then cook for 5 minutes on slow sim.Serve hot and decorate with Coriander.
