Recipe for Caramel custard

This is a simple and easy to understand recipe for preparing at home Restaurant Style Caramel custard. This famous and popular Egg pudding is taken after food and is considered to be a delicacy if prepared in the right way.

Preparation Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 4 Persons

3 Eggs
4 Table spoon Sugar
500 ml Milk
1 Tea spoon Vanilla Essence
2 Slices Bread

Take 1 Table spoon sugar and prepare the Caramel of golden brown color.
Beat the Eggs, Essence and Sugar thoroughly.
Soak the Bread slices in Milk add the Milk and transfer the mixture to the mould containing Caramel Sugar at the base and steam for 30 minutes. (Or Keep in a pressure Cooker until you get 5-6 whistles but never forget to cover the pot). Invert and serve with stewed fruit.

Note: While making the Caramel- Take one Aluminum pot and add 1 table spoon Sugar and 2 table spoon water. Keep on the cooking Gas on a slow sim. Cook until it becomes dry and the color changes to golden brown.
