Recipe for Besan Laddu

This is a simple and easy to follow recipe for preparing at home Besan Laddu a popular sweet dish prepared using Gram Flour as the main ingredient. This Ladoo, called as Besanache Lad00 in Marathi is a famous and popular Diwali Faral item.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 15-17 Laddu

2 Cups Besan
1 ½ Cups Sugar (Powder)
¼ Cup Rawa (Suji)
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Ghee
10 Badams (powder)
15 Pistachios) Powder)
4 Pieces Green Elachai [Green Cardamom] grind

Heat ¼ Cup Ghee adds Besan and fry till colour change to Pink on slow sim. Add Milk and mix it nicely fry again on slow sim for 5 minutes. After 10-15 minutes grind the Besam mixture and sugar powder, Badam, Pista, Green Elachai, ¾ Cup Ghee and mix it nicely. After mixing make round shape of laddus.
