This is a simple and easy to understand recipe for preparing at home Sindhi Style Chicken, which is most popular Chicken Dish amongst the Sindhi community of India. This Sindhi Sukha Murg is a main course dish, which is suitable for most kinds of parties.
Preparation Time- 45 Minutes
Serves- 6 Persons
1 kg chicken [cut in large sized pieces] 4 table spoon ghee or refined oil
2 chopped large sized onions
15 pieces of Green Elaichi
Salt as per taste
1 tea spoon ground pepper
1 table spoon coriander powder
1 cup curd
Heat the oil in a Kadai and add the chopped onions, cardamoms, pepper, salt as per taste and then add the chicken pieces and fry until the chicken turns to a brownish shade.
Then add the coriander powder and fry again.
Then add the whipped curd and place in a Microwave Owen and bake until the chicken dries up and becomes fully tender.
Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
