Recipe for Casserole Chicken

This is a recipe for Casserole Chicken,its nice,tasty and delicious,hope you try and like it.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

1 large chicken [cut into a dozen pieces]
Fat for frying the chicken
½ cup seasoned flour
6 onions [small size]
3 nice juicy carrots
Salt and pepper as per requirement and taste
1 full glass of tomato puree
50 grams butter

First heat the fat along with the pieces of chicken dredged in seasoned flour till it turns brown.
Then put it into a deep casserole dish along with the onions and the carrots.
Then sprinkle the salt and pepper and enough of the tomato puree to cover the chicken pieces.
Put the butter equally all over in small lumps.
Then cover the casserole lid.
Then bake in the Owen till the ingredients are cooked.
Serve hot with chapatti, bread or rice.
