Recipe for Kale Angoor Ka Taza Juice

This is a simple to understand step-by-step Recipe for preparing at home Fruit Juice Stall Style fresh Black Grape Juice or Kale Angoor Ka Taza Juice – Sharbat as this fruit juice is called in the Hindi language.

This Black Grapes Juice takes hardly any time or effort to make and is most refreshing fruit juice especially during the grapes season.

Black Grape Juice Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

500 Gram Black Grapes
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
8-10 Ice cubes
A Cup of Water

Kale Angoor Ka Taza Juiceg

To prepare the Black Grape Juice you can use fresh grapes as well as softened grapes.
In a blender add the washed grapes, Sugar, Salt, chilled Water and blend for a minute.
Pour the juice over a strainer and strain the juice in a vessel.
Then add the Lemon Juice and mix it well and keep it in a refrigerator for chilling.
Serve chilled.
While serving add Ice cubes and then serve.
