This is another one of my quick or Jhatpat Salad/ Raita recipes, which can be easily prepared without much time or effort when you have unannounced guests for lunch or dinner. This Tomato or Tamatar ka Raita is a very simple and basic Salad, which is most suitable when hard pressed for time.
4-5 Tomatoes [Tamatar] 2-4 green Chilies [Hari Mirch] A few Coriander leaves
Salt and Sugar as per you taste and requirement
Chop the Tomatoes and green Chilies into small sized pieces and add the Salt and Sugar as per your taste and mix nicely.
Chop the Coriander leaves finely, sprinkle over the Tomato mixture, and serve.
