Pudina Masala Paneer

This is a Recipe for Mint Paneer, a main course Paneer preparation with the unique flavor of Pudina [Mint leaves].

Ingredients
200 Grams Paneer (cut into medium size pieces)
1 Cup Mint (Pudina) (chopped)
2 Sliced Capsicum (red and Yellow)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
½ Cup Coconut Milk (thick)
Salt as per taste
2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
6 Green Chiles (slit)
½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 Tablespoon Cream
3-table spoon Oil
2 Onion (chopped)

Preparation
Dip the Paneer into the Oil, arrange the Paneer over the frying pan, and fry for a minute.
Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and add the Onion, Ginger-Garlic paste, Green Chilies, Tomatoes and fry for three minutes.
Then add the Paneer, Cumin Seeds, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Mint leaves, ¼ Cup Water, Salt and cover the plate and cook for three-four minutes.
Add the Cream, Coconut Milk and mix it well.
Serve hot with Paratha.
