Sweet Corn Soup Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
3 large fresh corn cobs
½ tea spoon ajinomoto
1 tea spoon soya sauce
1 table spoon corn flour
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt as per taste
½ cup milk
Firstly grate the corn.
Take out a few whole corns.
Add three cups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.
Mix corn flour in cold milk and add it to the corn mixture,
Put to boil, add salt, sugar and ajinomoto and boil it for ten minutes.
Add the soya sauce.
Serve hot with chilies in vinegar and chili sauce.
If you want to add egg – Put one egg in a tea strainer and press it with a spoon over the hot soup .
