This is a Recipe for preparing at home the famous French Omelette. The recipe given by me is a most simple one to make the French Style Omelette preparation as easy as possible.
1 Table spoon liquid (milk, Tomato juice or Cream)
Salt to taste
A pinch pepper
1 Tea spoon Oil
Beat Egg just enough to mix. Add liquid and seasoning. Heat the Oil in a pan. Pour in Egg mixture. Cook slowly, keeping heat low. As undersurface becomes set, start lifting it lightly with spatula to let uncooked portion flow underneath and cook. When the whole mixture, is creamy, brown the bottom lightly. Fold and remove on to a plate. Serve immediately.
