Recipe for Grilled Fish Kebabs in Chutney

This is a step by step Recipe for preparing at home restaurant style Surmai Machli Ke Kabab. These Grilled Fish Kebabs are served in a freshly prepared Green and Coconut Chutneys. This is a rare Surmai Fish Kebab recipe, which can be served as a main course See-Food dish for any kind of party.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 4 Person

Ingredients
½ kg Surmei Fish [King Fish] cleaned and cut in to 2” small pieces.
Apply Salt and lime juice of one lemon for 1 hour, Drain excess water

For Green Chutney
One bunch Coriander leaves
4 Green Chilies
50 grams mint leaves
8 Cloves of Garlic
1 ½ Piece of Ginger,
Salt and Red Chili powder – One tea spoon each

For Coconut Chutney
½ Grated Coconut
6 – 8 Chilies
2 Tea spoon thick Curd
1 Tea spoon each Salt and red Chili powder
Grind Coconut with Chilies, Add Curd and Masala.

Preparation
Take One Fish piece. On one side apply green chutney and on the other side Coconut Chutney, Cover with sliver aluminum foil, keep on the baking tray. Grill on the hot oven for 15 Minutes, Turn the side and again put in the oven in for 15 minutes.
Before serving remove aluminum foil. Sprinkle little garam masala and few Drops of hot ghee on the top of pieces, Serve hot.
